'A Plan for All Seasons' hits YouTube
A new film, designed to provide support in dealing with the impacts of climate change, has 
arrived on YouTube.
'A Plan for All Seasons', created by Staffordshire County Council, gives advice on dealing with flooding, heatwaves and the other changes that extreme weather can bring.
The aim of the film is to reduce the number of people seeking help from the emergency services during extreme weather events. The film is accompanied by a booklet which communicates key messages and is being used in schools, library discussion groups and day care groups.
